Once upon a time, the One Direction fandom was fun, enjoyable, and a great place to make friends.
I know, hard to believe.
Okay, I'm not blaming this on anyone really, but yeah, to be honest in the time before Eleanor came into the picture, everything was way, way different.
A lot of fans, like at least half or more haven't been part of the fandom for more than six months, si they won't know, but yeah. IT WASN'T ALWAYS FULL OF SHIT.
There was a time when "Larry or you aren't a real fan"
When I first join the fandom, long ago (okay not that long ago, like this time last year) I felt like I had to lie about when I became a fan ("Since X-Factor), and then later on I felt like I had to like Eleanor, Caroline or who ever the boys were with.
The One Direction fandom is stupid.
Real fan: someone that would support the boys no matter what, someone that would never send hate to the boys loved one's, the boys, or to other fans.
Most people seem to think a real fan is: You know every single thing about everyone the boys have ever encountered, you worship their girlfriends, you buy 350$ tickets to meet them, buy all of there merch. ect.
If that is a real fan, then I am not one.
Things that annoy me:
"I wish One Direction would date a normal girl"
*Louis dates (or whatever your opinion on that is) Eleanor*
"Eleanor doesn't do anything besides go to school and shop" AKA what a normal girl does.
"Harry is whore, he hooks up with everything with a vagina"
No.
"Larry is real, but if you believe in Ziam/Ziall/Niam you're stupid. Zayn/Liam have girlfriends"
Hypocrite.
"If you like One Direction you can't like The Wanted/Big Time Rush/What About Tonight ect"
Ok.
"You're 12 you can't like them"
Music has no age.
This list could go on, but I'm done with the fandom for the time being so whatever.
btw: I'm a 16 yr old larry shipper..
