1/2 Banana: 60 (about)
1/2 cup mango juice: 60 
2 slices of mandarin oranges:  20 (about)

Total: 140

Lunch:

Snack:
5 Unsalted Saltines: 60
1 tablespoon peanut butter: 90

Total: 150

Dinner:
Turkey Wrap:

  • Low carb totillia: 100
  • 2 slices turkey: 50
  • cream cheese: 40
  • Lettuce: 2
  • 1/4 cup cheese: 80
Iced water: 0

Total: 272

Total: 562

Notes: I probably should have skipped the cream cheese and peanut butter, but whatever. I'm actually only half way done with the snake wrap, but I'm probably going to finish it :) 

Wow! It feels so much better to eat healthy than to starve myself... And I resisted the urge to eat candy!

I do realize my intake is low but I'm FULL and happy with that!

Tips:

Eat slowly!

Vegetables like  celery and lettuce are so low in calories and are healthy!

Hide the candy! Halloween just past, but if its not around you won't even notice it!

Water!

Haven't added work out yet..
