i want to write a book about...

Sisters

that beautiful picture made me think that i have never written anything about sisters. Ever. If any of my characters have had a sister, they are either way older, way young, or a character that is only mentioned once or twice.

i don't want them to be twins, but i want them to have a close age and have a close relationship.

they like the same guy, maybe?

a sister band?

a friend/family member goes missing? using this idea for a different story
vacation?

road trip?

one gets raped?

one gets cancer? would end up being to much like my sisters keeper

Daphne and Alexis are sisters, less than two years apart and as close as sister can be. They seem to be part of a picture perfect family, but nothing is ever as it seems. Everything is falling apart right now. There father just cheated on there mother with his 20 yr old assistance, there mother is slowly drinking herself to death. The two decide they need to get away, and what's a better idea then camping on the beach for a week with some friends.. and some not friends

Someone drowns.. they like the same guy.. they fight.. they make up

I would like to point out the fact that while writing "Better" in the description, I spelled it as "Ditter". Quite sad how horrible my spelling is.

i think i might possibly name the main guy "Romeo" but do i really want to go down that cliche? Maybe Max, or Jude

Missing Person


i have this idea thought out, it's kind of going to be a short story. about a guy who's older sister goes missing,  his parents have a new baby, they name it after her old sister, he flips, her remains end up.

Then a sequal with the new baby as a teenager. " I am a living shadow. a replacement, a second choice. no one sees me as me but as her"


i will start this story tomorrow..possible.
