Vamp Diaires Ripping off Evermore?!? Other Way Around?!?

*Spoilers*

Although The Vampire Diaires was published Years Before The Immortal Series, I can't help but notice that T.V.D (The Vampire Diaires) Tv show has alot of stuff with T.I.S (The Immortal
Series).

I have only read the 1st book in T.I.S Evermore, and all the V.D's. Truthfully I like Diaries better. My Friends Say it's 'cuss I only read the 1st Ever, and all 5 Diaires
